I get very few keyword ideas when using a seed keyword that includes a country

Have you checked if the pre-defined [country] filter is in the Exclude words field?

This field can be found before generating a report, in the Advanced options, and also inside your report in the Exclude words field.

Simply delete it to get back keyword ideas that include a country.
