How to hide keywords in a report?
By Type of keywords:
- Access your report and view all the keywords.
- Click on the Suggestions or Questions tab to sort what type of keywords you wish to use whether they are in the form of suggestions or questions.
By Topic:
- Access your report and view the keywords. You can go to the All, Suggestions, or Questions tab.
- Go to the Topics tab and check if the keywords you want to remove are in any of the suggested topics provided. Click the suggested topics to sort the keywords that belong to that group.
- Once you determine which topics contain the keywords you want to remove, click on the eye icon beside the topic to hide all of the keywords listed under it.
- You can also do this action in bulk by ticking the box located on top of the results and choosing between Current Page or All Pages to select all the keywords on all pages. Afterward, click the Hide button from the pop-up box that will appear at the bottom of the page.
- To refresh and view all the remaining keywords, click on the All tabs button.
By using Exclude option:
- Access your report and view the keywords. You can go to the All, Suggestions, or Questions tab.
- Click the Exclude button
- Type the words you wish to exclude from your report. Make sure to separate them by comma.
- Click Apply to save the changes. The tool will regenerate the results and remove all keyword results containing the words you excluded.
Manually remove per line item:
- Access your report and view the keywords. You can go to the All, Suggestions, or Questions tab.
- Look for the keywords you wish to remove.
- Click the hide button (slashed eye icon) located on the left side of the keyword you want to exclude.
- You can also do this in bulk by ticking the box located on top of the results and choosing between Current Page or All Pages to select all the keywords on all pages. Then, click the Hide button from the pop-up box that will appear at the bottom of the page.
