How can I upgrade my subscription ?

Yes, you can cancel your monthly subscription and upgrade to an annual plan.

There are two ways we can go about processing this.

• We do it on our end (switch you from a monthly plan to an annual one).

• or you do it by canceling on your end and then subscribing to the annual plan after that

If you wish to make the changes yourself, here are the steps:

1. Go to the “Billing” section of your user account Settings.
2. Access the “Subscription” tab
3. Click the “Cancel” button

After canceling your existing subscription, you can then purchase the annual plan.

When you subscribe to an annual plan, the remaining amount on your current subscription will reset (to 3000 for standard or 10,000 for premium), giving you readily available bonus credits you can use until the end of the plan’s billing cycle.

Once the current billing cycle ends, your annual subscription plan will begin.
