I get very few keyword ideas when using a seed keyword that includes a country

Have you checked if the pre-defined [country] filter is in the exclude field?

The field can be found before generating a report, in the advanced option, and also once inside your report in the "Exclude" field.

Simply delete it to get back keyword ideas that include a country.
