Why do new keywords keep on getting added every time I analyze a keyword?

If the PAA / Related queries are enabled, they will be extracted every time you analyze a keyword and added to your report.

This expands the pool of available keywords for analysis.

You can enable/disable the extraction in your user defaults (for future new reports) or in the settings of your reports.
